Bands and chains can be used for more than core lifts. Here is an “unorthodox” tricep builder. This has been partially responsible for Robert Wilkerson’s recent surge in bench press strength. This is a great bench press accessory movement, and if the goal is “just some big ol’ penitentiary style back arms,” this is a heck of a muscle builder.
